Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fees
All cancellations MUST be made in writing (email, chat, text). Cancellations over the phone are not accepted.
FULL REFUND for cancellations 14 days prior to pick-up.
50% REFUND between 13 and 2 days prior to pick-up or 100% credit valid for one year after the original scheduled pick-up
Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled pick-up will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the trip fare.
We are not responsible for missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed passenger flights or trains or any other incident resulting in non-compliance with the cancellation policy.
We will do our best to accommodate customer needs in these instances subject to fees for waiting time or late cancellations and rebooking without prejudice to other booked customers. At the time of cancellation, you will always be provided with a cancellation number for your records. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the cancellation number.
